    Hi I'm new to the forum.im also new to hunting and shooting live only been doing it for 3 years.i don't currently own a savage but am getting a 116 fcss real shortly. Thanks

    It will be .270 win in my area they have calibre restrictions on coyote and .270 is largest I can go. I also want to be able to deer hunt with it

    Welcome to the site! So, the .270 is the largest caliber in Canada, or just your part of Canada?
