    Blued recoil lug

I've been searching for a blued thicker recoil lug for my 110 build and can't seem to find any...all stainless. Anyone know of someone that makes a blued one? Thanks

I don't think you are going to have much luck. I take the stainless one's, rough up with sand paper, clean with acetone, spray with satin black GunKote and bake for 1-hr at 325F. It is resistant to chemical solvents unlike regular spray paint.

You'll have to cerekote a SS one or go with the standard savage one

Ok thanks guys....after looking at the one's at Midway I'm a little concerned about fit. It reads gunsmith required and doesn't state if it's for a small shank or large. Also if it doesn't come with a roll pin installed what size is the aligned hole? is it a standard size hole? Anybody know

I believe the hole is std and drilled for a roll or spring pin. You could tap it out and use a small screw like sss does which is just a turned down 4-40 screw.
Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!

Those I posted are for a small shank why they're listed to fit a 1.062" 700 Rem tenon also.

The hole is a pre-drilled pilot. You have to open it to install the pin or set screw whichever you use.
