savage with a 416 rigby barrel?

I am looking at purchasing a rifle for Cape Buffalo and maybe a future brown bear hunt.
I have been considering the Savage Bear Hunter in 375ruger.

A friend of mine, a PH in africa, suggested the 416rigby. He says the kick on it is a whole
lot more on his 375HH than his 416rigby. More of a slow shove than a sharp kick. plus the 416
    has better knockdown.

Question 1: Is there a Savage platform that I can rebarrel to a 416rigby?
    if not, then.....
Question 2: Can the Savage Bear hunter in 375ruger be rebarrelled to a 416 Ruger?

    also, I'd prefer stainless synthetic.

The 416 Rigby would require one of the 110 BA actions like used on the 110BA .338 Lapua. Getting an action in stainless would have to be done through the custom shop and will cost big bucks. My suggestion would be to stay with the .375 H&H.....it is as common in Africa as .308 is here stateside.

If he was to stay with a 375, the 375 Ruger is every bit as potent as the 375 H&H and a common chambering in the Savage.
