The 1914 was Savage's first tube fed 22, there were two different magazines used but the early ones are very uncommon and both versions are unique to the 1914. Bob's gun parts lists a 'Stevens 1914 Pump Conversion' near the bottom of the last column here - http://www.gun-parts.com/savagerifle/ - I assume it actually for a 'Savage 1914' since there never was a 'Steven 1914' (Bob's has used Savage& Stevens interchangeably on some other item - they don't seem to realize that they were two entirely different companies until 1920 and even after that the actual name on the gun can affect the actual part required). I also think this would be the inner and outer complete. The Magazine mounting rings are also unique to the 1914 so I wonder what the kit from Bob's has, or if you will still need original rings (and there are two versions of those).
...or, from the way your post is worded, I at first thought you possibly have a 1903 with a 1914 barrel on it (which is stamped with the model) - if so the above does not apply.
