Anybody loading 338 fed with 160 gr barnes bullets ?

I am shooting them @ 4,200fps out of my 338 Edge and love them. Retumbo or H1000 should do the trick.

BTW I am interested in the Savage 338 fed barrel on your website but its a large shank.
I need a small shank. Any chance of turning it down and re-threading ?

I forgot to reply to the OP with Dennis nonsense, yes full cases of 7X, RL10, 4198, and 322 you will get 3000 fps, fun to shoot that is for sure.
