Stevens 200 History?

When was the Stevens 200 first produced ?

And was it ever produced in the 4.522" action screw spacing ?

After a lot of searching, there is plenty of history on the Savage 110/10, but not much detail history that pertains strictly to the Stevens 200? I'm sure it's out there somewhere.
