I think I remember reading your thread/post associated with the same issue. But a whole month?! They must run pretty hard to get several weeks vaca for holidays.

I have some warranty work to be done on my 93( pretty big headache) with the end of the warranty being so close they better still take it in since i emailed them about it last week.

You may be overlooking one thing, the machinery needs a vacation too. It may need to be checked, rebuilt or replaced after running a year. I'd be willing to bet when some employees are enjoying they're vacation another group are busting their knuckles working on equipment so when others return refreshed the start button works!
