Removing Camo paint from inside Receiver ?

So I have a new Predator.
They oversprayed the Camo paint into areas of the receiver.
What is the best way to remove it, Fine Emery cloth, Chemical ?
I want to smooth up the bolt raceway and that is where the overspray got into.

Depends on the paint, but I'd try brake fluid (auto), paint it on let it sit a bit then wash it out.
