Savage 10BA LE shipped with wrong rail system?

It appears that Savage shipped the wrong rail system for my gun. There are 4 holes drilled into the gun and 4 screws were provided but only the two rear screws line up and the others dont. The rail also hangs over the bolt a little which makes me think that maybe the rail they shipped for was for the 110ba rather than my 10 ba le model. Anyone else ever hear of this issue?

Sounds like maybe they sent the wrong base, just as you said.

Try calling Savage Customer Service, I am sure they will send you a replacement.
