    RB Sav 1 problem

Installing a sav 1 into a flat back 110 and can't get the trigger to pull after installed. It acts like the safety is on and pulls the same amount wih safety on and off? Any ideas?
    thanks

How familiar are you with the adjustment screws on the back of the trigger? Do you understand how to adjust them so as to have the desired amount of overtravel, tension (pull weight) and how to set the safety screw so as to allow the safety bar to work properly when the safety is at full and half setting?

I really do not understand the condition you are describing.

Sounds like the safety adjustment screw is too tight (adjusted to high).

Got it. The sear had a burr on it and wouldn't release from the trigger. Touched it with emery cloth and all works great. Nice, smooth pull and no slam fire. Thanks for the help. Now, if only my barrel would get here...
