223 Wylde Chamber and Sierra 80gr HPBT

Just put a CBI 1:7 28" 223 Wylde Chamder on my LRP. Plan to use 80gr Sierra HPBTs. For thise of you who do, what seating depth works best for you? Other components are:

    Lap brass
    BR4 primers
    Varget at 24-25gr

    Thanks for the help

I use a .223 Wylde chamber in my Shilen Select Match barrel with 80gr Berger VLD's. I'm also using the same powder charge...24.5 Varget at 3020 fps. FWIW, the SMK 80's shot equally as well as the Bergers, but the Berger VLD design had to be seated way further out to reach the lands.
My measurements are of no use to you....in YOUR barrel....with a different bullet.

    But here it is:
24.5 Var Berger 80 CBTO: 2.065" group size .180" FPS: 3020 Chamber measures: 2.083" (with Berger 80 VLD)
For some odd reason that .018" jump gets me those tiny groups.
