    Stevens 322a vs. jackrabbits

Old school Stevens 322a chambered in .22 Hornet topped with a Bushnell Banner 3-9x. Load used was a 34 grain Varmint Nightmare JHP over 12 grains of H110. Average shot with this combo on a jackrabbit averages around 60-70 yards but I have a few kills out to about 130. I don't consider this to be too bad considering the broken terrain and heavy brush. Since I starts using this combo I've been averaging 5-6 jackrabbits on any given day of hunting.
