OK...looking for a definative answer...Factory DBM vs CDI

Posted over on the After Market Stocks section for a couple of days now...no answers...thought I'd troll it around here...

I have heard that the Factory DBM inlet will take or is a copy of the CDI inlet...is that true? Has anyone tried it? I don't have a Factory DBM to try it...I've seen this question pop up before here and on other forums but have never seen it adequately answered...

It works, but it is not quite as tight of fit as a stock that is inlet for CDI. I had a manners T2 that was factory DBM inlet that I ran CDI BM on, and it worked fine. My Manners T4A was inlet for CDI and it does fit more snug in the stock.

Hmmm so if one were to bed the CDI in a little RVT or similar silicone product when placing it into a factory DBM inlet that might make it fit a little better? Keep dust and grime out too...
