How do you like the hog hunter so far? I've been thinking about one for myself, seems like a good deal for a heavy barrel 223.

I really like it so far. It's fit the bill with what I've wanted to do with it. It was pretty accurate with the tupperware on it so I'm extra excited to put the new stock on it and see what happens.

    Congrats.
I just ordered two in 338 win, going to rebarrel one to 338 edge and put them both in choate tactical stocks without the iron sights and top them off with 6-24x50 bushnell elite scopes.

Congrats to you as well. Sounds like you are all planned out there. I was really looking at the Choate tacticals. They looked pretty nice, but decided I liked the B&C better (looks wise).

I actually put the choate on my first savage and the b&c on my second, then decided I liked the choate better so now I am using it on all of them.
