Are all 110 actions the same dimensions? I want to know if the mag feed wells and the injection ports are the same size, or are some bigger than others.Example is a 270 the same as a 300 RUM?

Injection ports? 110 actions are all basically the same in their exterior dimensions, excepting design changes like magazine style or bolt release placement. The center feed and stagger feed mag recesses in the stock are slightly different. What are you wanting to do?

I wanted to know if all of the 110 actions are the same from caliber to caliber. Will the magnums be able to feed/extract a round with a longer COAL vs. a 110 action built on a 270 or 30-06? I want to optimize my options for later builds.

Basically the Standard 110 Long actions will handle anything from 22-250 up through the 300WM class rounds with a magazine bolt head change depending on what you are set up for and what you want to shoot. If you want to shoot the H&H or RUM length cartridges then you either need to run it as a single shot, have it modified for the longer RUM Mag (since the RUM/H&H rounds use a longer magazine and the bottom of the action is milled to accept the longer mag), or get an actual factory setup for the H&H/RUM.

But yes the receiver itself is no different from the 30-06 version to the 300WM version. Just different Bolt Head, magazine, and follower, and those can all be switched pretty easily.
