If this is the wrong forum, I apologize.
I just ordered an XLR Evo for the 10TR, so now I need magazines. XLR Industries cannot ship mags to Canada. Now, I have read that guys are using Ruger Scout 10rd metal mags in their chassis that accept AICS/AI mags (mainly Rem700 that I have read), so is it safe to assume the XLR will take them too? The metal ruger mags are cheaper than the AICS mags up here.

I have read the Ruger mags are made by Accurate Mag, and I see the stamp/engraving on the side (online photo). Apparently the AM mags are used as an OEM for some Savage models.Originally Posted by Rifleshooter308
Spoke to a dealer of both....they work.
The 10rd Ruger mag fits as well as the 5rd AICS mag.
MDT has them for a good price. And MDT is a Canadian company.
