OK Fellas, I have this years Savageshoot booked!

WHERE: Mifflin County Sportsmans Assoc. 1000yd range!!!!!!!!!!!!! The range is located in Lewistown, Pa.

MORE INFO ON THE DAY:
-The rifle range has only 16 benches(2 pavilions side by side with 8 benches each) so space is limited.
* The spots will be made available to Savageshooter MEMBERS first who came to the 2013 shoot, followed by any new shooters that wish to come.
*Once we fill up I will start a waiting list incase someone has to back out.
-There are a row of target backers for each pavilion at various distances
-left pavilion (25,50,100,200,300,500,1000yds)
-right pavilion(25,50,100,150,200,300,500 yds)
***PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TARGETS AND STAPLES. ALSO, IF YOU HAVE ANY STEEL TARGETS YOU WANNA MAKE AND BRING THAT IS FINE TOO. No explosive targets, glass, etc.
-There are food places, hotels, a hospital, and about 5 gun shops within a few minutes of the range.
- The cost per shooter should run from $10-20 per shooter. This is dependent upon how many shooters attend. A collection will be taken at the shoot

I have been wondering when it was going to be this year? Now I know. I sure hope that I can make this. That was a great shoot last year at 1000 yards.

Tom, This year it is a hope I think. Still have an old Winchester lever gun sitting up here at the neighbors house for you. Have to get up through the woods and get some pics to you.

I am sorry to say I am going to miss my first shootout. I wish that I could have come. I look forward to this so much every year. Gonna miss seeing you guys. Tom, we all know that you have the old lever fever worse than even savage disease. Pete, hope you have enough Varget to get you through. Got an LRP action and new CBI .243AI barrel for this years shoot, but have to wait until next year. I'll be looking for pics to be posted of the fun. Anybody who is thinking about whether they should go to it or not for the first time, get there. Fun all day. Great range. Bring stuff to hit at 1K yards.

Been busy and not paying attention to the thread. I plan on attending again if there is room, although I don't have any new rifles this year. It was fun last year, should be no different this year.
I am sick over it. Gonna miss all the laughs. Was going to take a life size Cuomo photo on a backer this year to see if I could get some mouth shots on at 1K, but I already destroyed it with about 300 bullet holes. Need to put another one together. Enjoy yourselves.
