Scope base mounting holes no straight up and down

I a savage LRP with a Warne tactical 20moa base. I removed my scope of the base still in the rings and noticed that the scope was way off vertical with the rings after further investigation it seems to me that the holes tapped in the receiver are canted past 90 degrees 90 degrees being vertical. will this effect my long range shots have done 600 meters with cold bore shots on a 12" target but will it manifest at longer ranges? If it is off of vertical i believe the scope will not be directly above the bore that should be bad right? any suggestions on what I should do?
    thank you for your time

The scope doesn't have to be directly over the bore, just parallel. If it was .025" off center from the bore on the receiver, it will be .025" off center at any distance. Nothing to lose sleep over.
