    choate tactical lightening

Anyone tried lightening the weight on a choate? Mine is awesome but man it's heavy as bricks

Do they use the steel butt plate spacer on those like they do on the "ultimate" stocks? If so it weighs more than a pound.

Pretty sure it has a hollow buttstock, so I'm afraid to say it, but there likely isn't much you can do. Swiss-cheesing it full of holes only goes so far.

Sounds like I'm stuck with the weight then, I was hoping it was solid and not hollow.

The buttstocks on them are hollow, had them apart a few times
