nope no steel spacer! any ideas?
Pretty sure it has a hollow buttstock, so I'm afraid to say it, but there likely isn't much you can do. Swiss-cheesing it full of holes only goes so far.
Sounds like I'm stuck with the weight then, I was hoping it was solid and not hollow.
Never hurts to check and make sure! Or call Choate in the morning.
The buttstocks on them are hollow, had them apart a few times
