    Gun Shack target trigger springs

Has anyone tried them and did they help with reducing poundage on the pull?

Not from Gun Shack, but I have purchased the target springs from another source. If they are the true accutrigger target spring, they will take a regular accurtrigger down to around 1 to 1.5lbs. This is one of the first things I replace when I purchase a new Savage.

I just ordered ( and received) a 1.5 lb spring from SSS. However, the color of the spring was a an auburn-brown-copper color. Other threads here say the 1.5 lb Accutrigger trigger spring is silver in color...and the "regular" spring is brown. Did I get the right one?....I was very specific over the phone to the lady taking the order.
