    Anyone used this scope base?

Seems like a clever idea, but I'm curious about the quality and precision of the piece. I see it is offered in 6061 and 7075 to boot.

I asked same question several weeks ago and was told they are made in China,FWIW.
I aint going to kick myself later, so I went w/the Seekins Precision 20moa steel rail.

Hmmm, the website says Made In USA. Who told you China? Guess I will give them a call.

From looking at the add and looking at my scope I don't think I would be able to see the level while actually trying to get on target. In other words, I think the Ocular would not allow me to view the level without lowering my head to see the level.

Have no problem with mine, its made in the USA
I can see the level fine, if you put it on a PTA you will have to grind the recoil lug off

Well I just shouldered my rifle and while looking through the scope I could NOT glance down and see my scope base. I do have "low" rings.

Now that you fellows mention it, I imagine with some scopes and some rings it might prove a bit odd to see. Glad to hear it worked for drybean, however.

Actually just came in from the shop where I found a level from one of my airgun adventures. It clamps to a slot on a weaver or Picatinny base and hangs off to the side. Guess I can spend my money elsewhere!
