Base and Ring suggestions for 11VT with Millet TRS-1 scope

I am about to pull the trigger and order a Millet TRS-1 4-16x50mm scope to put on my .308 11VT. Read a lot of reviews and even handled one, and was pretty impressed for the price. I am going to put a 20MOA base on it and need decent rings as well. With this set up, I'm not sure what ring height I may need to clear the barrel. Obviously, I want to keep it as low to the rifle as possible. I don't want to spend a lot of $ on these either, I prefer to keep the rings and bases together under $100, so any suggestions on base and rings would be appreciated. I plan on shooting this out to at least 800 meters (maybe further...).

I would go with either a weaver tactical 20 MOA rail, or an EGW rail.
I would use Burris Signature Zee rings.
To determine the height ring you need, Measure the front bell diameter and use the calculator in the post "Sticky: Help in answering the question: "What Height Scope Ring should I use?" " in this section of the forum. If you don't have the measurements for your scope, the manufacturer should be able to provide them to you.
