With some modification of the milled slot in the tang, yes it can be done.

I know this has been addressed but I cant find it.
I have an older flatback long action that I have a SSS trigger on that I use for hunting.
I have a newer top bolt release CF short action that has an accutrigger on it, but this is going to be a target rifle, and I would rather
have the SSS trigger on the target rifle and the accutrigger is works fine for a hunting rifle.
So is it possible to put the accutrigger on the older flatback ?

Keep the original safeties and trigger brackets with each action. I tried the accu-trigger with the old sear and it didn't feel right so I swapped sears and it works fine. Drilled a hole in the tang for the accu-trigger spring then adjusted everything out and that was that.
