magazine box help

I have an old style staggered feed magazine box and follower for a .223 and want to change caliber to a .243 and need to install a new mag box how is this done with the old style staggered feed mag?

Parts are available at midway don't forget the new bolt head or new bolt also at midway. It really shouldn't be all that difficult.
