RUMs are like woman in Stiletto heals, you know they are going to put you in the poor house, but that has never stopped anyone from pursuing them.

I know this sounds corny and naive and retrogressive, but how about just driving by the speed limits?

Not corny at all, but speed limits are kept lower to generate revenue, and if everyone obeyed all traffic laws and no citations were given. your real estate taxes would double. the money has to come from somewhere, go to your town hall and find out how much the police dept budget is, on second thought your better off not doing that, anyway flashing is a way at getting back at the man.
