    Issue w/ company "CHRONY"

    Hi,

I ordered "replacement parts" for the chronograph, called the company - no issuses, phone order went well & they were nice.
    $7 parts & $15 shipping.

Week later I have the new rods.
    No connectors.

Finally call the company & tell them, they tell me I ordered the wrong parts.
Really? I said I need a replacement rod kit.

Lady tells me I ordered # 58A and not #58.
Ok, phone order, MUST have been ME.

(Neither one shows - with / without brass connectors)

She insisted that it wouldn't have been shipped out without the brass connectors. - Really?
SO, I have to SEND BACK the rods, so they can send me a set with the brass connectors.

AND - She was REALLY SNOTTY about it.
This is the CANADA store I called.

I'm just miffed they wouldn't just send me the stupid connectors they didn't send in the first place.
And no, they wouldn't - I asked already.

So I get to spend more money on shipping.
I'd say they get a ZERO for customer support.

I wish the lady I spoke too was as nice as the first. (she wasn't)

I couldn't believe she was actually argueing with me that they could not have made a mistake and "I" ordered the wrong part
when not specific details were even listed and then argued with me about that too.

Yeah, I'll admit, I also "nicked" a wire and shot it to hell.
The actual unit itself works fine.
