3 stars indicates improved cylinder choke.
I recently bought a mid 50's 775A. Where you usually find the choke stamped the only thing there are 3 stamped stars ***. could this possibly indicate what choke this is? Thanks
3 stars indicates improved cylinder choke.
* = Full (0.694")
** = Modified (0.710")
*** = Improved Cylinder (0.720")
**** = Cylinder (0.729")
That said, I have a Model 30EL that dates to 1960 (5L) which has no asterisk(s) and it gauged out as a full choke.
