Help Converting My Detachable Box Mag to a Blind Mag

Hello All,

First day as a member here and pumped!

Can you point me in the right direction for the conversion kit that changes my Savage 114 (.300 Win Mag) from it's current "Detachable Box Magazine" to a "Blind Magazine" setup. Savage Arms stated I have to first convert it to the Blind Mag setup first in order to work with the new stock my wife purchased for me. They said "www.sharpshootersupply.com" could help me do this, but my 3 emails and 12 phone calls have gone unanswered.

Guys/Gals, please let me know if there is some other place I can turn to for this... -Todd

If you already have the blind mag stock, and yours is a centerfeed rifle, all you really need is the "L-Clip" to position your magazine in the stock cutout. It is available from Savage.

Use this SN H815708 in the Savage Parts Finder, it's #7 on the diagram. Mag Retaining Clip - PN: 106130.

Yeh, they are only $2 each. I purchased 4 because I am a horder, I mean constantly building rifles.
