    to cold to test it right now but it is super sturdy and has good adjustment. the rear bag i made out of some black jeans legs and filled with rice

    thanx im not sure it was necessary to put the tri level adjustments on there but i figured it couldnt hurt

    Maybe add a couple of sand bags for weight when shooting. It should be good to go. Nice work.

    Does that mean your walking around in black jeans with a leg missing?

    it will work just fine, and no the levelers arent necessary. for those using portable benches use a smaller wood base
    with a large bolt sticking thru the bottom. bore a hole thru the bench and fasten with a large wing nut from the bottom of the bench.
    that will eliminate any movement even with heavy recoiling guns. you can leave it juuust loose enough so that you can rotate it to
    shoot over there.
