Recoil Lug and Barrel Nut

I want to replace the factory recoil lug and barrel nu on a 110G, 7rm with the 24" sporter barrel. This is part of a general rebuild a little at a time. Recoil lugs can be had in varying thickness and shape. For a standard shank, what thickness fits as well as parallel sides fit up. Rather not get the wrong parts, I do that often enough. Midway has the PTG lugs in stock, with thickness from 0.240" on up.
