EGW or DNZ mounts for 220.

I have a savage 220 and a nikon prostaff 3-9x40 scope. Which setup would be better and which height should I choose. Gun is brand new came with cheep bushnell. I'm reading that current mounts won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the 308. It came with the cheep Bushnell too. I put a Nikon 3x9x50 on mine the scope mounts on both where not bad but not great. But I went with Leopold mounts. They are nice. You can see a big difference in it. Also they feel a lot stronger. Once I set them and scope was on they do not become lose they stay tight. I would love to put a Leopold scope on but I'm going to have to save for that one.
