new savage b mag

I recently purchased a new b mag and when i cycle the bolt fully it will not fire. If i flip the bolt up fast it seems that the accu trigger moves forward a bit. Then place bolt down and it will fire. Any ideas out there in savage land?

Try adjusting the trigger to a higher wt.. Instructions are in the manual.

You're in the wrong area here I think. You need to move down to the "Modern Savage firearms" section. While in that section, move down to the "Modern Savage Rimfires" section and click on it to open it. Now look down through the threads and find "BMag Problems" started by 'Black Hog Down'. There are currently 15 messages there. Read them all and see if that's your problem. As you can see by my messages, I decided I wanted a gun that works as it should so I sent mine back. Good luck.
