    You'll definately need the longer firing pin, there is not enough adjustment range in the standard pin to get enough length even with a shorter nut.

    I just ordered a new bolthead from SSS for 308 family, but I have to call Lisa back to possibly order some more parts.

    I wondered why I thought it might be possible to adjust the firing pin stop back enough to work. I had a mental picture of a wsm firing pin assembly and just had to check it. Here is a pic of a SA firing pin on the left compared to a WSM CRF firing pin on the right. Its hard to tell but the wsm pin is longer from the fps to the tip by about .055"
