Just ordered a Thumbhole version, the sales guy was telling me, I was the first sales order for that model, two weeks wait time, that is they only mod I am doing to my B Mag, promise, no for real, I swear, scouts honor, unless something else cool and must have comes along.

RUMs are like woman in Stiletto heals, you know they are going to put you in the poor house, but that has never stopped anyone from pursuing them.
I wonder if you are going to have to reuse the whole trigger guard assembly.

I ordered the same option in pepper, can't wait to get rid of that factory toy stock.
Mine is going to be Jacaranda.

Gonna wait for some picts, really curious about trigger guard also.
I am sure Boyds will figure it out, even if I have to reuse the trigger guard, I took the stock of and you should see the banana curve on that baby, the barrel channel looks like a Hockey stick, so as far as I am concerned anything will be better.

Sorry guys, new to forum and Savages. What defines a B.MAG ?
Tah.
B-Mag stocks will come with a mounted trigger guard :-)

Are they notifying you by email that they have shipped?

The reason they called me was to tell me one of the options I had ordered was unavailable with my selection. I had ordered the black tip on the forearm of the stock. I had ordered the Prairie Hunter choice in Walnut with the black tip option. Guess it was a glitch in the option dept that said it was available in that choice.
It looks more like this.

So the whole bottom plate will be eliminated, and the mag will be flush with wood, at the bottom of the stock, and a 10/110 trigger style will be used?

I want to order a featherweight thumbhole. It shows 3 things i can order. One says nl. Then pl. Then fcl. Whats the difference? Confused....
They are finished unless otherwise noted.
I ordered a classic in nutmeg on Thursday afternoon, I wanted to get the order in as soon as I could. I bet there will be a lot of b-mag owners wanting a new stock!
Im very curious to see how aftermarket stocks will affect accuracy for those having problems.
I'll probably buy one either way but there is a lot more incentive if it clears up some of the issues.
Wish there was more info like weight and how the trigger guard and clip are going to be layed out.
