    Accustock, smooth barrel nut

Never have owned one of these, but its a stainless 375 Ruger and I am definitely going to hold onto the barrel but had thought about
a swap barrel since 375 ruger is such an overkill for most anything in the continental US.

    Whats involved ??

New barrel, barrel nut wrench, Go no Go gauges of the chambering of new barrel, barrel vise, possibly bolt lug, if you change cartridge size.

    Will Explain more.
I am used to swapping barrel on the older actions, but want to know how these are different when swapping barrels.

Like how do you take the barrel nut off for one ?

There is a barrel nut wrench for the smooth nut. Or you can cut the nut off with a dermal, and replace it with the notched style nut. Other than that, the process is the same.
