Weight difference between Choate tactical and boyds tacticool

Does anybody know the weight difference? I'm on the fence with the two again. The Choate is no work when it gets here, bolt in and done.

The Boyd's stock is roughly 2.85 lbs. And if I remember correctly, the Choate weighs over 3.5 lbs.

I think for now I am just going to get another Choate.

I really really want an MDT light chassis, but $650~ plus mags is not going to happen right now.... If I go that route I want to buy two of them and then I would sell all my other stuff, but I gotta keep the wife happy....

    Nope.

Talked to MDT yesterday they said they should be making a run of lefties next year so we will see. I figured I could get $50 for my accustocks, sell the factory bottom metals, mags, and dark eagle mags, and the one choate I have and not be out a ton more. I like the MDT LSS chassis since it isn't one of the monster tacticool chassis like so many of the others are. I would just need to put one rail on it for the flashlight
