    PTG Bolt Heads?

Can anyone tell me if they'll work on an older 4.27 staggerfeed short action? Or were they made for the newer 4.40 and PTA actions?

Also, does all of the internals (extractor and ejector parts) swap from the factory bolt heads? Does anyone know what extractor the PPC or 6.8 bolt heads are set up for? Thanks in advance.

PTA, 4.27, 4.40, and Axis action all use the same short action bolt heads.

All of the parts (ejector, extractor, etc.) are the same as factory.

With one exception all bolt heads use the same extractor, the exception is the CRF heads. IIRC SSS used to offer a special extractor to convert standard Savage heads to work with the PPC sized cases, but bolt heads that are setup for the PPC should use standard extractors.
