    Savage Tang Question ?

Got my custom 28 Inch barreled 6.5 Grendel built this AM.

I have a Boyd's Tacticool stock and it fits well but there is contact with the tang .... how much contact is excepted or must it be entirely free floating.

Technically there is no need for support @ the tang, but if the contact is no more than it is at the pillars, don't worry about it.
