Model 16 Classic stainless Fluted Bases/ Peep rear and front?

New to the savage rifle and this site. I just put a model 16 .243 on lay away. I was just wondering what bases would fit the savage model 16. Do, say, the model 10,11, ect. bases interchange? Also. I was thinking about using a peep site on the rifle. Not certain yet. I would need to mount a front sight also. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Any base for the two digit models will fit-two digit= short action.
three digits= long action and are for all models.
Accu trigger models - round receiver front and rear, pre accutrigger= flat receivers.
All styles are available from most manufacturers.
