    He's also using the Teludyne Tech Strait Jacketed barrel.
    I thought about getting one when they first came out for 399, but now that it is around 689, it's too dear for my wallet.

    That is pretty slick, $700 is pretty pricey, but if you were to go buy a Mcgowen prefit and a Vias brake to go with it your going to be over $600 right there. But it looks like you have to head space it like a shouldered barrel so you have to be setup for it or pay a smith to do it which will add to the cost.

    May be worth the price if you are able to get MOA accuracy with the gun duct taped to a 2x4. Pretty much proves their products worthiness right!

    Hey I could spend the money on the barrel and $3 bucks on a stock and I'm done!

    I have shot a 30-06 that had the straight jacket installed
    summer time temps fired 12 rds as fast as I could and measured the temp of the chamber- if I remember right it was 12 degrees warmer than the cold temp reading
    To say the least I was impressed
