Saw and old Savage 220B 12 Ga single shot the other day for $125. Seemed in good

Anyone use these guns for small game? Seems like a nice weight and size for a long day. Just a plain barrel, IIRC had a bird roll engraved on the side.

Nothing fancy, just had a nice feel to it.

Theres another thread on 220's about two posts down.

For $125 I'd go for it.

I believe the 12 ga frames were built a little heavier so you can't switch the barrels on the 12 ga frames IIRC.

I just found another 28 ga that I'm gonna pick up, not sure why, I've already got one but I can always use two of them.
