20 VT build... Which rifle to build on?

I'm setting myself up to build a 20 VT from a 223 donor rifle. Is there any practical difference between the 11 Hunter XP and the 11 Hog Hunter? As far as I can tell, there is no form factor difference on the action itself. My motive for looking at these rifles is price. There are no Stevens actions to be found in my area.

I intend to use either a Choate tactical stock or a Robert Hart.

Any thoughts on this?

hog hunter barrel might bring more , if you decide to sell the barrel
