Its been my experience that used guns cost about the same or less than new barreled actions, or just the action alone. YMMV.

Yup, and it is at this site, in the classified section. It can only be accessed by paid members.

Check the Auction sites. I picked up a 116 for <$200 and sold the barrel for $50.00.
