    Post Ejecting problems...

I recently cleaned my mark-ii, completely disassembling it. i took off the stock and got into every nook and cranny. Buttt i also took apart my bolt. I thought i put it back together correctly. But i guess not The shells will sometimes pull out, but will never eject properly. Often they will just stay in the chamber. I might of put the clip on backwards. Frankly I'm not sure... I figured i would ask before i tried taking int apart again.

It's a common problem in the Savage rimfires. Give Savage a call.

Hmm, I might have too. Squirrel season is this Saturday. I just wish I knew what I did wrong, because it fired fine before I took it apart.

    Cool.

However, keep an eye on it. Failures to extract are fairly common on these rifles.
