Restoring a Savage Westpoint Model 949 - Help Needed

Hello everyone. I am currently attempting to restore a Savage Model 949 that was given to me by a friend who decided it'd be a good idea to cut off the barrel and most of the stock. I'd like to return it to shooting, and legal, condition so I can give it to my son one day. I found a stock for it but am having a very difficult time finding a barrel. I'd like to find one in either 16 or 20 gauge but will go with a 12 if necessary. Any help will be greatly appreciated so I can make this my son's first shotgun when he gets older.
