Convert 7mm 111FC to .223?

I have a 111FC, center feed, long action, sportier barrel, blind mag on a Stockys Laminated Thumbhole Stock. I really want a .223 and I like the existing stock. Can I re-barrel in .223, change other parts etc to build a .223 on the existing long action so that I can use the existing stock? If it is possible, what parts will I need?

What about the magazine box? Going from 7mm mag down to .223
