which model Mark II is this?

I am trying to figure out which Mark II model I have.
Sorry, no pics at this time.

It is an older model, probably 5-10 years old, but not certain. I think it was purchased at Wal-Mart, but again not sure.
As best I can describe: it looks like the 2010 model Mark II FSS, it is bolt action w/ removable magazine, it has the black synthetic stock, it has the stainless barrel (silver in color), but it does not have the AccuTrigger, it does not have sling mounts in the stock, it has front and rear sights, but it is not drilled and tapped for a scope (it has the ridges built into the receiver).
All I can see on the barrel is Savage Mark II, 22LR.

Any help would be appreciated. ;D

early model FSS, or whatever it was called then. The cheaper models came with the 3/8 mounts like yours.
