Stock for a Bull Barreled 300 winmag

I just got my Remington 700 back from the smith, had it fully redone barrel, trued etc etc, the barrel is a MTU contour and the stock is a Choate tactical, had it inletted and CDI bottom metal installed prior to the build. When I installed the action in the CHOATE the barrel touched the forearm channel, I had to sand and sand and sand to get the barrel free floating. In the mean time I have a CBI 300 winmag bull barrel coming from NSS, same Choate tactical stock, will the bull barrel fit or will I have a problem getting the channel cleared out?

looking at my choate stock I would say the bull barrel should fit no problem. choate stated that the tactical stock will fit up to an "bull barrel" contour so it should be okay.
