F-Class near San Antonio/Austin Texas?

Hello. I am interested in learning to shoot F-Class. I understand that a monthly match is held at the CTSA range in New Braunfels but I am specifically looking for somewhere to practice shooting at 600 yards and having someone with experience teach me how to read wind speeds/direction (I am willing to pay well for your time).
