    Older M110E 30-06

I just picked up an older M110E in 30-06. It's in good shape except someone buggered up the bottom side of the bolt head. The serial # starts with what looks to be a "B". Will a newer bold head fit it? I realize I would have to re-head space it.

I recently got an old 110 E, too..Numrich has parts and probably has the bolt head...they have separate listings for different "letter" versions and there are a lot of parts for the E series. FWIW, they are very good rifles..when you get it working again, you will really like it.They have a great adjustable trigger, very smooth bolt and are very accurate and strong rifles. The only thing I don't like is the plastic trigger guard, but several places sell steel replacements.

Thanks for the reply. I know I will like it. I have a Steven M200 .270 and a Savage M11FXP3 (I think that's the model) .22-250 and they are both shooters.
